Cette bière artisanale est confectionnée à partir d’ingrédients 100% naturels et d’eau de source puisée sur l’Ile Boulay, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. Cette bière n’est pas commercialisée, mais est destinée à être consommée par les amis de l’Ile Boulay. Voici quelques infos et conseils relatifs aux lots existants de l’« IBB » (Isle Boulay Beer).
ANNE BONNY BLONDE

Une bière blonde légère de fermentation haute caractérisée par l’ajout de levures actives à une température élevée. De style “African Pale Ale” de la côte ouest de l'Afrique. cette blonde a plusieurs modèles; à la mangue, citron, ananas ou à la banane. Alors que parfois simplement sur la plage est la meilleure façon de la connaître, mais elle est belle sous toutes ses formes. Les houblons peuvent être très divers et sont déployés en combinaison de Citra, Saaz, Centenial, Tettager, Magnum et autres.
BLACK BEARD

Cette bière sombre de style flamand a été préparée avec du miel naturel de l’Ile Boulay unique à la frange côtière de Côte d’Ivoire. Elle est fortement maltée, caractérisée par une mousse forte et une note finale.
PIRATES DAUGHTER METISSE

Cette APA (African Pale Ale) de corps moyen a bénéficié lors de son brassage d’une addition de sucre brun qui lui procure une certaine douceur et des caractéristiques à mi-chemin entre bière blonde et bière sombre. Ses houblonnages multiples tout au long de sa préparation enrichissent cette bière d’un mélange de parfums unique. Titrant à environ 6% cette bière est suffisamment forte pour vous procurer l’effet recherché tout en restant d’une consommation aisée en généreuses quantités sans donner mal aux cheveux le lendemain ! Elle continuera quelques temps à fermenter et donc à s’améliorer en bouteille.
